Shipping

Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States.  Overnight and rush deliveries carry an additional charge when available. Shipping outside the contiguous United States may require a separate shipping quote. All shipments should be checked immediately upon delivery for damages or errors. The consignee must file all claims for damages or loss with the carrier within 7 days.  No claims can be made after 7 days.

Sales Tax Policy

Conquest Customs LLC.  only collects sales tax for orders shipping to the state of Florida. Any orders shipping to any location outside the state of Florida are not subject to sales tax.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for merchandise credit, provided it is in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee plus freight charges prepaid by sender.   All special order items are non–returnable and non-refundable.   Any expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns require a return goods authorization (RGA) number.  You must call or email Conquest Customs LLC. for an RGA # before any returns can be made.
